Instead of picking a fruit off a tree, or a vegetable from a vine, we are shopping round, waxy produce from a pile of identical fruits and vegetables in the refrigerated section. This type of eating, while highly convenient, confuses our bodies, wallets, and the environment!

It can also get skipped for the false logic of "saving calories" for the big meal - which often backfires completely because instead you show up like Godzilla running down the buffet line eating 5x more calories than you would have if you ate a solid breakfast. Save Godzilla for xmas morning when you open presents and do yourself a favor by eating breakfast on Thursday.
