Kyria Health is a practice that combines ancient wisdom with modern science to offer a strategic approach for clients seeking optimum health.
We offer a variety of healing modalities to serve and support the beautiful diversity of our clients. We partner with clients who desire a natural and sustainable approach to wellness by doing detective work to learn more about the underlying root(s) of imbalances. Together we design a personalized and comprehensive action plan that includes nutrition, lifestyle, smart supplementation, stress management, self-care practices, and mind-body techniques.
Fun fact: Kyria and Julia first met in college many moons ago when they both served as leaders of a local volunteer club. They have remained close friends ever since. Kyria started Kyria Health and as it grew, she called her brilliant friend Julia (also a nutrition consultant) and together they joined forces to help share the love of health with the world!
JULIA ISMAIL REED, CNC, CFI, MA Nutrition Candidate

Shortly after graduating from Pepperdine University, I faced health challenges of my own. I climbed out of the rubble of deteriorating health through the healing power of nutrition. I then completed my certification in Nutrition Consulting from Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition with the mission to help others live a life they love while being the best version of themselves physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I live with my husband and two, fluffy white dogs, Sydney and Millie. My days are spent working out, cooking healthy food, reading, listening to podcasts, cuddling my dogs, and making the most of my life in every moment.
